CANCEL POLICY
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. Here’s our Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation:
You have the option to cancel your reservation with National Out-of-State Movers up to 3 days before the first scheduled date of your move. In such cases, we will refund your deposit in full. However, to process your cancellation, we require both verbal and written notices.
To proceed with a refund/cancellation request, please email your request along with the reason for cancellation, including the following information:
Full name as it appears on the Order for Service
Phone number with area code
Origin and destination locations
Scheduled date of your proposed move
Please send your email to [email protected]. Once sent, kindly call us to confirm the receipt of your written notice.
Late Cancellations:
Any last-minute cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled move date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and no refund will be issued.
